Ipomoea (South African Morning Glory)

Morning Glory is a broad, mostly subtropical to tropical family with numerous ornamental, fast growing vines with bright colored flowers in summer. In cold climates most are grown as annuals with frostfree pre-cultivation under glass in spring. Seedlings are planted to the garden after the last freezing end of spring to early summer. Give plants some climbing aid. Excellent for covering walls and fences. Under good conditions most species will readily self sow. The frost resistant seeds will germinate with rising temperatures in late spring.
Sow seeds flat in any rich, well drained soil at some 20°C in a sunny spot.
10 seeds per package.
