| 15 (25)cm,, has salmon red, pink or yellowish cream flowers with darker stripes on short upright stems. Native of coastal rocky soils from Hermanus to Agulhas. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Requires a good winter protection (i.e. dry mulch layer). Best grown in pots under frostfree conditions in a cool greenhouse or wintergarden with reduced watering and a winter minimum of some 5°C. VII-VIII. More Details » |
