50 (120)cm, Silky Hairy Goldstar has ornamental, dense terminal silky hairy leaf rosettes and showy, intense yellow flowers. A very floriferous, showy, woody perennial species from Fuerteventura and Lanzarote where it occurs in open, sunny spots in upper regions. An easily grown pot plant for any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot throughout the year and a winter minimum of some 10°C with reduced watering. VIII-IV.
