| 30 (50)cm, an only in 1999 newly discovered beautiful dwarf species from the Vikos Gorge (Ipeiros province) in north western Greece at an altitude of some 1335 m. It makes a dense basal rosette of broadly lanceolate, silvery grayish to yellowish green leaves and a short, compact spike with large, bright yellow flowers.
