Its mint flavoured leaves may be used fresh or dried for the preparation of refreshing teas. Easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. Seeds from a wild collection on Coll de Sóller, Mallorca, Spain at some 350m. VIII-X.
