Chorizema dicksonii (Yellow-eyed Flame Pea)

40 (80)cm, Yellow-eyed Flame Pea is a short upright growing shrub with thin branches from southwestern Australia. Chorizema dicksonii makes dark green, very narrow leaves and showy, rich orange flowers with a yellow eye and short magenta lower lips. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Keep plants drier in winter at a minimum of some 15°C. VI-IX.
