Watsonia zeyheri

40 (80)cm, makes few leaves and salmon to orange flowers. For any rich, very well drained soil in a sunny spot. Requires an excellent winter protection (i.e. dry mulch layer). Best grown in pots under frostfree conditions in a cool greenhouse or wintergarden with reduced watering and a winter minimum of some 5°C. VII-VIII.
