Arum italicum ssp. italicum (plain green leaves)

30 (40)cm, a form of this subspecies with glossy, almost plain green leaves with few or no spots. It makes an ornamental pale yellowish-green spathe and a yellow spadix followed by decorative bright-orange seed heads in summer. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny to partialy shaded spot. V-VI.
