Kennedia prostrata (Scarlet Coral Pea)

200 (400)cm, Scarlet Coral Pea is a prostrate to trailing subshrub with quite large, bright scarlet flowers with a yellow spot on the upper petal, and trifoliate, hairy leaves. Kennedia prostrata is native of Tasmania and southern Australia. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. In winter keep plants at a minimum of some 15°C and with reduced watering.
