Teucrium betonicum (Madeira Sage Germander)

50 (100)cm, Madeira Sage Germander is a beautiful woody perennial with ornamental greyish-green, smoothly haired, faintly aromatic to almost scentless foliage and several racemes with bright lilac flowers. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot throughout the year. In winter keep plants slightly drier at a minimum of some 10°C. This beautiful species makes a perfect pot plant! VI-VII.
