35cm, Sand-dune Penstemon has showy brilliant sky-blue flowers with a rosy shade above bluish-green leaves. For any rich, very well drained and preferably rocky to sandy soil in full sun. An excellent plant for the rock garden. Seeds from a certified wild collection in Douglas County, Washington, USA, at some 300 m. VI-VIII.
