80 (180)cm, Poke Milkweed makes erect, herbaceous stems with purplish flowers in a dense umbel above broad, opposite leaves. It is native of humus rich woods in Conneticut (USA). For any humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. VII-VIII.
