Ruta montana (Fringed Rue)

30 (50)cm, Fringed Rue is a perennial species from Portugal to North Africa and the eastern Mediterranean region. This species has ornamental bluish-green, finely dissected and almost linear, strongly aromatic leaves and terminal umbels with pale lemon-yellow flowers. For any rich, very well drained soil in a proteced spot in full sun. VI-IX.
