Rosa serafinii (Dwarf Mediterranean Rose)

20 (50)cm, Dwarf Mediterranean Rose is a a rare rose species from high elevations on Sardinia, Italy, with strongly branching woody stems and bright rose flowers with a brighter rose center followed by dark red fruits in late summer and autumn. Easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Excellent in the rock garden, where it will make dense cushions in time. VI-VIII.
