Platycodon grandiflorus (Chinese Bellflower)

30 (40)cm, Chinese Bellflower is an utmost showy species with glaucous ovoid-lanceolate leaves and erect stalks with numerous large (4cm ø), sky blue to ocean blue flower cups throughout summer. Easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. VI-VIII.
