Aconitum scaposum var. scaposum

100 (160)cm, has showy, quite large, strongly serrated round leaves and upright stems with pale ink blue to lilac blue flowers. It is a herbaceous perennial native of mountain meadows and woods in western China (Szechuan). Easily grown in any humus rich, well drained soiled in a sunny spot. VIII-IX.
