Scrophularia (Figworts)

Figworts are mostly evergreen to herbaceous perennials with a dense basal leaf rosette and several branching stalks with numerous small wine-red flowers. All Scrophularia species will grow well in any rich, well drained soil in a sunnny spot. Macaronesian and Mediterranean species are not fully winterhardy and best grown under frostfree conditions with reduced watering and a minimum of some 10°C in winter.
Sow fine seeds flat on any rich, well drained soil at some 20°C. Do not cover seeds and always water pots from beneath.
50 seeds per package.

Legal note: In accordance with national German laws (BNatSchG and BArtSchV) as well as European (Bern Convention) international conventions (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora - CITES) we do not sell any wild collected material such as seeds from protected plants.
