Deinanthe and Peltoboykinia are rarely seen Asian woodland plants with deep cut or large foliage and upright hold racemes with whitish to pale yellow flowers. Easily cultivated in any humus rich, well drained, always slightly moist soil in a partially shaded spot.
Sow fine seeds flat on any humus rich, well drained, always slightly moist soil. Do not cover seeds with soil. Keep pots in a partially shaded, protected spot outside. Carefully transplant the dormant rhizomes in autumn as soon as leaves have withered.
All are USDA Climate Zone 6.
