Crocus

Crocus are best grown in a sunny spot in a well drained soil and should preferably grown in bulb baskets, unless they are to be naturalized in grass. Seedlings will sometimes flower within less than 3 years.
Sow flat autumn to late spring in any well drained, rocky or sandy soil. Keep pots in a sheltered and sunny spot in winter. Transplant young bulbs in fall of their second year. Most Crocus will flower in their third year.
All are USDA Climate Zone 6 unless otherwise specified.
