Penstemon barrettiae (Barrett's Beardtongue)

15cm, Barrett's Beardtongue is a small cushion forming species with rosy-lavender flowers above leathery bluish-gray leaves. Seeds from a certified wild collection in Klickitat County, Washington, USA at some 100m. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Excellent in a protected spot in the rock garden. VI-VIII.
