Protea cryophylla (Snow Protea)

1m, Snow Protea is an unusual, almost trunkless woody shrub from the Cederberg mountain with chanelled leathery leaves and very showy white flower heads. For any humus-rich, very well drained soil in full sun throughout the year. In winter reduce watering and keep plants always well aerated and at a minimum of some 10°C. II-VI.
