Neochamaelea

Neochamaelea is a small genus with mostly evergreen, xerophytic (i.e. drought resistant), woody shrubs with ornamental silver-haired linear leaves and axillary flowers followed by single seeded berries. Grow well in any rich, yet very well drained, rocky soil in a sunny spot. In winter plants should be kept cooler at some 10°C to 15°C in a sunny place with reduced watering.
Sow large seeds in any rich, yet very well drained soil at some 20°C to 25°C. Keep seedlings especially in winter in full sun, so that the leaves will show the typical white covering.
