For any humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Carefully water in winter, mainly winter growing species. Excellent pot plant for the frostfree greenhouse or cool wintergarden. Winter minimum 5°C.
Sow flat on any rich, well drained soil, keep always moist until the uneven germination occurs, then keep seedlings drier. Sow on receipt or keep in the refrigerator, as seed dry out fast if kept at room temperature.
