It has bristly, long oval leaves in a dense basal rosette and a losely branching filigree inflorescence with lilac-blue pnedulous flowers. Easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in full sun. Sow under frotsfree conditions in pots in spring and transplant seedlings to the final spot in the garden after the last freezing nights.
